1 Your support team
Our WordPress experts are ready to help with content changes, uploading images, changing settings, plugin suggestions and much more.
2 Premium webhosting
Bad hosting is one of the most common sources of hacks and poor website performance. We offer premium hosting included on every plan.
3 Weekly updates of WordPress Core, Plugins and Theme
We’ll take care of safely updating your website to the latest versions of WordPress Core, plugins and themes.
Every update is tested on a test copy of your website before changes are made to the live site, this ensures minimal downtime because of those pesky bad updates.
4 Secure daily backups
No matter if hackers are attacking even small business’ websites or if a fire took place at the datacenter, disasters happen. Don’t be caught without a backup of your website, or better yet two backups.
All our website care plans include daily backups, with a copy at the hosting platform and another copy at an off-site location. If the hosting backup fails, we have another copy kept securely in a separate geographical location.
For WooCommerce websites realtime backups are taken as you get new orders and new customers sign up.
